issue #6 [ growth ]

noun: growth;
The process of developing or maturing physically, mentally, or spiritually, the process of increasing in physical size.

Hey all, Sam here. When it came time to choose the theme for issue #6 I was stuck, there were a few other ideas bouncing around my brain but none of them felt right so I reached out to a friend for inspiration. I asked them to give me a word, any word and while they didn’t send the word growth they did send me a word that led me to ‘growth’. Then while looking at my phone I noticed the wallpaper, a photo taken by NothingHunter, and instead of turning it into a Hiking Haiku (check those out if you haven’t already) I decided to use it as the cover photo for issue #6.

The theme of '“growth” is actually perfect, since this is the first issue of drip to be published on our new hosting site, and we have some fun new things in the pipeline. Thank you to everyone who submitted work and extra thanks to those writers who made it to the issue. We appreciate you and are honored that you trust us with your amazing work. Happy Reading!
